[b]ecker in cowtown

Dubbed “A Crash Course In Kicking Ass,” this past weekend approximately 160 wedding photographers from Alberta, British Columbia and Saskatchewan were fortunate to attend Becker’s workshop in Calgary. [b]ecker, a wedding photographer from Orange County, California is one of the big names in the business and somebody I’ve been looking up to and following for sometime. It’s usually the first blog I go to on the daily. Becker has a huge following and web presence and he has created an online community of like minded photographers over at the [b]school. A place where photographers can interact, learn and help each other out. It was a fun weekend meeting and chatting with other wedding photographers both at the workshop and at the dinner events that I attended. Listening to Becker speak, I couldn’t help but get amped up and reminded of why I’m so passionate about shooting spectacular couples. A shout out to Patrick Kornak for organizing a bringing [b] to Calgary. BIG Thanks to [b]ecker for making the trip to “Canadaland.”
